yIKEs

It looks like I spoke too soon yesterday and things have changed drastically. We are now in the direct path of Hurricane Ike, which is expected to make landfall late Friday night/early Saturday morning at a 3 or a 4 in strength. It is so crazy here many gas stations are out of gas, the stores are out of water, the shelves are bare and the lines still seem to be miles long. Schools are closed and so is Dustin's work. At least none of us will have to be out on the streets fighting the madness. So, please keep us in your prayers and we'll keep praying too.

We'll pray for you. Atleast you finished the club house so you can hang out in there away from windows. OR you can fly up here. Mom and dad are going to Cancun, so you could have the house to yourself. Good luck and we love you. Please call me and let me know how you're doing over the next couple of days.

Thinking of you guys. Thanks for the leotard, Paulette. Halle looks so cute in it. I think she even got better on the bars with it on. Jared

Your club house looks dang cute. Our kids would love it. So Dustin is even more proud than the hole in the garage of your last house, huh?

Well, I guess you get to hang tight in the rain. Get the candles ready, fill the tubs with water, and make the most of it! We will pray for you to get some nice refreshing rain, and nothing more. Okay, maybe some fierce wind. Love you guys! We're sorry we missed the trip this year.
